Here at Right Good I'm currently developing courses called Revitalise your resumé (how to write aOne Page Wonder).
Unlike generic resumé writing courses (a "one size fits all" approach), Right Good's courses are tailored to specific target markets, and cater to the different needs of the different career path that people are currently on.

Pre-course Sign on the path
If you’ve seen a ‘Help Wanted – Apply Within’ sign in a shop window, or a simple job ad offering scant information about the position (maybe just a job title and a contact phone number), complete this course before completing the Course from 01-11 that matches your current career path. Courses 01-11 presume you have a detailed job ad and/or job description. If you don't have that, this pre-course covers that gap.
For those wanting the same job title in the same field e.g. Waiter at Restaurant A > Waiter at Restaurant B.
At the end of this course you will have a chronological resumé.
For those wanting a higher level role in the same field e.g. Middle management > upper management such as Maitre d’ > Food & Beverage Manager.
At the end of this course you will have a combination resumé.
For those wanting a lower level role in the same field e.g. Upper management > entry role such as Food & Beverage manager > Waiter.
At the end of this course you will have a combination resumé.
For those wanting the same job title in a different field e.g. Bar manager > Office manager.
At the end of this course you will have a functional resumé.
For those wanting a job in any field after a long break e.g. parental leave, illness, bored after a year of retirement, etc.
At the end of this course, you will have a functional or combination resumé.
For those who have asked their network for any job leads, and someone has said:
“Sure, send me your resumé in case something comes up.”
At the end of this course you will have a chronological, functional, or combination resumé depending on the circumstances.
Other than the two Start on the path courses for school leavers and university graduates, the sample resumés used in all the courses are for an applicant with 10 or more years work experience. However, if you have less than 10 years’ experience, the principles explained in the course remain the same.
Just use your common sense – if a video is telling you how to consolidate 20 years of work experience into one listing, and you’ve only been in the workforce for five years, obviously you can skip that video.
